Common questions
When do contracts start?
All contracts start either on the 1st or the 15th of the month. If there is any snow remaining from a previous snowfall when your service begins, an additional charge may apply for its removal. Please note: packed or compacted snow is not considered the same as fresh snow and may require additional work and charges.
When do we clear snow?
We begin snow removal when snow accumulation covers the pavement enough that it is no longer visible. If the trigger is hit by 6 a.m., we aim to start within 2 hours. If by 11 a.m., we start as soon as possible. After 11 a.m., we generally clear it the following morning.
