Snow Removal
in Somerset
Somerset is where it all started — our namesake neighbourhood and still our densest route. Built out in the late 1990s around the Somerset–Bridlewood CTrain station, its interior streets of single-family homes with mature spruce and maple canopy hold heavy, wet snow along the treed boulevards. We clear dozens of driveways here in a single morning loop.

Somerset — common questions
How much does {kw} cost in {Somerset}?
Seasonal contracts start at $90/month for a sidewalk and walkway, and $145/month for a 2-car driveway — unlimited visits at a 0.5 cm trigger, one visit every 24 hours during continuous snowfall, no per-push fees.
Do you serve {Somerset} year-round?
Yes — snow removal runs Oct 15 to Apr 15 and lawn care runs Apr 15 to Oct 15. Many {{{colony}}} customers pair both for year-round coverage with one crew that knows the property.
What is Calgary's sidewalk clearing bylaw?
The City of Calgary requires property owners to clear sidewalks adjacent to their property within 24 hours of a snowfall — fines start at $250. Our seasonal contracts outsource that risk entirely.
