Yes. The bordering city sidewalk is cleared on every visit with ice melt — Calgary's bylaw requires it within 24 hours of a snowfall ending, with fines starting at $250. A contract that skips the sidewalk only covers half the obligation.
What happens when it snows for several days straight?
