Basic
- Aerate
- Power rake only
- Deep core aeration and Dethatching, No clean up
We aerate first and then power rake unless requested otherwise. This breaks up the plugs and acts as a mini topdressing.

Standard
- Basic package
- Hand Rake
Hand raking removes at least 80% of the thatch and organic debris; the last 20% is removed with the first mow.

- Standard package
- First mow and trim
- Light leaf blowout
The leaf blowout includes up to 15 minutes of blowing out beds, etc.

Organic debris will be placed in your green bin. If the bin is already full or not available, an additional fee will be charged.
We offer extra options that can be added to any package:
- Removal of organic debris (approximately one green bin’s worth) for $30
- First mow and trim for $40
- Bed blowing for $60 per hour (prorated as needed)
- Fertilizer application for $30
Please note that all prices are based on a standard lawn size of under 1500 sq. ft. and do not include GST.
